At Olive U, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. We apologize, but Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Olive U has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our Return Policy requirements.
All merchandise that is personalized or purchased "ON SALE” are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
How to return or exchange an item:
Email us at CustomerCare@OliveU.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please be aware that the issuance of RA # does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, or that your credit card will automatically be refunded.
Please print out the email containing the RA# and include it with your return shipment along with you Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email address and Reason for return. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Olive U within seven days of receipt of RA#.
*Please note that RA# must be legibly written on outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RA#.

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend keeping a record of tracking numbers for returned packages. Olive U does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Olive U cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
